A Champion is a humanoid who has gained some part of the powers of a Lord, either by slaying one themselves, or by killing or knocking unconscious another Champion. There are thirteen Champions, one for each Lord slain. In the modern day, transfer of the powers of a Champion is primarily performed during the Champion Challenge.
In Norn, the position of Champion also grants one governing rights over the corresponding city.
