Icarus Finch is an aasimar Nornian and the former Champion of Paradeisos, inheriting the powers of Koweiki the Wise, as well as a youth pastor and the founder of Golden Light Bank. He possesses golden eyes, but it is not clear whether they are natural, a gift from his Lord, or whether he wears contacts. Icarus is known in the Champion Challenge as a powerful and resilient Champion who is universally loathed by his twelve peers.

Personal life and religion

Icarus is a native Commoilian, and moved to Norn as a teenager. is a devout follower of Cadrus, a Commolian god of brotherhood and goodwill. Icarus hosts religious education classes twice a month and, as the Champion of Paradeisos, has become heavily involved in setting the curriculum for the city’s schools.

Cadrus is the logo for Golden Light Bank, a financial institution founded by Icarus that is dedicated to "investing in the city’s people"[1].
