Voblat the Rotten (voh-blaht the rotten), Lord of Undead, was one of the Lords of Norn. Voblat was a floating undead skull inlaid with gemstones with powerful telekinetic abilities. He ruled over the plane of Hades, but was slain in it by Uisper in 101 AL.
