Arthur Emeric is a half-elf and current Champion of Weehollow. In battle, he is known to wield a golden morningstar and insist on single combat.
He takes great effort to maintain a polished public persona, but is prone to bouts of sudden violence and uses methods such as blackmail and magical coercion to keep his position as Champion by eliminating any potential Challengers.
Murder of Eddie Pinesmog
In 100 AL, Arthur murdered the journalist Eddie Pinesmog in cold blood for inquiring into the "Custodian":

Immediately after this, Arthur cast the Geas spell on three eyewitnesses: SCSI Sataella, Annalie Wildflower, and Cyrus Wresch, in order to prevent reports of this crime from leaking out.
