Xarxad the Damned (zahr-zahd the damned), Lord of Fiends, was one of the fourteen Lords of Norn. It was a horned demon lord.
Six months before the humanoid invasion of Norn, Xarzad snuck into Soz'kir the All-Scorcher's territory disguised as a lieutenant and assassinated her, making it so that the majority of humanoids would only know about the thirteen remaining Lords.
