Lord War 13
Lord War 13, also known as Lord Wars, is a Nornian animated television series that originally aired in 71 AL. The plot of Lord War 13 centers around humanity's fight to defeat all 13 Lords of Norn with massive humanoid-shaped mechanical constructs, as well as the individual struggles of the teenaged pilots who control them.

The original animated series, Lord War 13, consisted of 13 30-minute-long episodes, aired monthly over the course of a year, with each episode corresponding to the Lord of the month.
Several years after the original series finished airing, a sequel movie Lord War 13: The Fourteenth Lord was released, although its position in the canon is disputed among fans for its radical departure from the depiction of Lords in reality and re-characterization of many beloved characters in the original.

The series did not originally gain much attention, although it has attained cult classic status for its cinematography, themes, and imagery. It was banned from broadcast a period of several years in Commoil for "insensitive and inaccurate depiction of the great tragedies that occurred in Norn during the war against the Lords," although this restriction was later lifted.
