Wilma Quadri

Wilma Quadri is a rock gnome mage and scholar who studied the movements of the city of Mas'o Leem, eventually discovering the twenty-second district of the city and the Gash to the plane of Hades. She spent several years in the service of Voblat the Rotten to study the movements of the city of Plutos, and eventually escaped the plane after the death of Voblat in 101 AL.
